Many items in the Charlotte English line are made to order, and are processed in the order which they are received. The current processing time is approximately 2 weeks. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified.
Please note that the processing time is in addition to shipping time.
Priority Mail reaches most US destinations within 2-5 business days.
Please allow for this time when placing an order.
If your order consists of in-stock items and custom-order items,
we will ship the whole order together unless otherwise notified.
